Washington roommate tips: As the capital of United States, Washington D.C. is full of culture and diversity. There is a great deal of history in this beautiful city. Some of the great neighborhoods to consider include Adams Morgan, Cleveland Park, and Georgetown. Another up and coming residential neighborhood is Capitol Hill. Before making any decisions, you and your Washington roommates should do a little research online.
