Tip of the Week

Did you know that Oregon has more ghost towns than any other state in the US? Don't let that fact scare you out of finding a roommate in Oregon, though. Among other things, Oregon has a lower cost of living that is very attractive to potential residents. What's more, those in Oregon pay no retail sales tax, no automobile tax, and lower personal income taxes. Additionally, utilities are lower in Oregon than they are in many other West Coast areas. With such low costs and a roommate with whom to share expenses, you'll have plenty of money left for recreation.
